A plaque was installed by the National Heritage Board (Narodowy Instytut Dziedzictwa - NID) designating the Jewish Cemetery of Przasnysz as a historical monument and entitled to appropriate protections. A total of nine boulders were also installed along Leszno St to help make apparent that the site is one contiguous property.
